We make every effort to get your items to you quickly and efficiently.

We ask that you please double check your shipping address when placing the order. Once an order is being processed for shipping, you cannot change the shipping information. If your package is returned to us for an invalid or incomplete address, you are responsible for paying to have the package reshipped to you.

If your order contains more than one item, each item might be shipped separately and arrive to you at different times.

We are not responsible for late deliveries due to acts of nature (which include tornado, hurricane, snow, ice storms etc...) and other circumstances that are out of our control.
- DAMAGES TO ORDERS RECEIVED: To be eligible for a refund, report any damages to you order to us via email at bma@bluemoonartistry.net within 14 days of receipt of your order. Be sure to include high quality (not blurry) photos of the damaged goods.

Information we gather from you (the customer) is strictly for the purpose of fulfilling, charging, and shipping your orders. We collect email addresses in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

We consider credit card fraud a very serious criminal offense. If there is any doubt about an order placed, we will contact you via email, so we can verify that it is valid. If we cannot resolve the suspect transaction, we will cancel the order with no notice or correspondence sent.
